Nature is rolling grassy plains and dramatic coastlines, vibrantly coloured wildflowers and majestic forests, yes.
But nature is also dandelions finding homes in cracked concrete and moss growing on old stone walls, the butterfly on your windowsill and the avocado stone germinating in your compost pile.
Nature is everywhere around you, and should all be cherished equally.

re: kinda broad question @ reader
if i feel that i have honed a skill to the point where it warrants admiration, that is fulfilling. if i can help someone in any way, large or small, that is fulfilling. if there is work to be done that requires every ounce of effort and focus that i can put forth, that's fulfilling for me.
the part i struggle with is the application of these things to my daily life, and i don't know if that's my own executive dysfunction or some other overlooked force
kinda broad question @ reader
what does "fulfillment" look like to you?
i've been obsessed with finding out what fulfillment means to me as a practice for...probably years at this point. i only know the conditions in which the feeling of being fulfilled can bubble up to the surface, which are usually steeped in helping people/seeing a piece of art through to the end/expressing myself in a way that requires intense focus and skill.

request for income help again
of the three people we live with, two are still working (the other thankfully gets paid time off) and one's job is definitely in a precarious spot, the other potentially so.
even if that weren't the case, we could always use support. one of our meds (the incredibly vital sleeping med we went without for a bit) went up in price again, and we can always use money for groceries, especially easy frozen things for bad pain days when we're too disabled to cook something and need to use a toaster oven. (also we don't have a microwave, which has been a problem tbh)
we don't know if we've done a good job saying this, but please only send us money you have, okay?
